Kickin it up a Notch!
What a week of workouts! Heavy weights, lots and lots of push-ups and pull-ups, great Martial Arts, intense Yoga (hardest day of the week), Abs, core strength, running and more. Down a few more pounds, hoping to be down a few more before having to travel, working on my travel workouts. Weight: 233 and counting, goal in the next week: in the 220's (even 229 would be nice). More next week, happy training.
