Nice, slow but sure

Well, here it is February again, and, once agian i am trying to get into shape :) Not going too hard as of yet but making progress, at least a little, in the never ending quest. Been hitting the gym pretty solid, today, however, i have the worst tooth ache!! hopefully go away by tomorrow, and i will be right back on board. Here's to the upcoming months, will keep any readers informed.

Keeping the Faith!!

WoooHooo, great couple of weeks, kickin butt in the Gym, crashing it at home, eating great (other than the occasional friday night beer with all the friends) Going to try to cut down a little, would like to pull in a ripped 200lbs by April. Here is the workouts for the next 2 weeks: Sundays: Martial Arts and Running, split workouts; Mondays: Abs only; Tuesday: Chest and Back (heavy and hard); Wednesday: Plyometrics and Aerobics, Split workouts; Thursday: Arms and Shoulders, Abs (split workouts); Friday: Yoga and Running, Split workouts; Saturdays: Legs and Back (slow and heavy) This workout kicks into effect beginning February 14th and will continue through March 6th, then, time to change it up a bit!! Going to be great, stay tunned for more updates beginning at the onset of this set.

Working hard, making progress

First week i as able to get throught the entire P90X Workout, nice, going to push hard next week, eat well (been stuck at same weight for 2 weeks so gonna mix it up a bit) and see results next week.

Progress is Nice

Holiday season took the edge off the workouts but still making great progress!! Getting in Shape, loosing lots of weight, getting excited to make the next big leap in Fitness, the following week is going to include lots of P90X, aerobics and a little skiing along with keeping up the great diet. Stay tune for new info on workouts and diet and progress.

Kickin it

P90X and a little diet is working wonderful. A week of sore muscles, a week of a little hunger, and all is falling into place. Monday, P90X chest and arms, Tuesday, the summit for 45 mins of great aerobics on the new machines followed by a steam bath, Wednesday, P90X arms and shoulders, Thursday, P90X abs and the Summit again, Friday P90X legs and back, Saturday, Skiing all over the mountain. What a great week of fitness and fun!!

Getting with the program

Good week fitness wise, restarted my workouts, well, half workouts, couldn't really make it through entire thing, sore as all get out, but did pretty good. Moving into next weeks gonna be nice, maybe not so sore. Diet went very well this week, gonna keep on keeping on
