Kickin it

P90X and a little diet is working wonderful. A week of sore muscles, a week of a little hunger, and all is falling into place. Monday, P90X chest and arms, Tuesday, the summit for 45 mins of great aerobics on the new machines followed by a steam bath, Wednesday, P90X arms and shoulders, Thursday, P90X abs and the Summit again, Friday P90X legs and back, Saturday, Skiing all over the mountain. What a great week of fitness and fun!!

Getting with the program

Good week fitness wise, restarted my workouts, well, half workouts, couldn't really make it through entire thing, sore as all get out, but did pretty good. Moving into next weeks gonna be nice, maybe not so sore. Diet went very well this week, gonna keep on keeping on

Hiatus is OVER

After toooo long skipping workouts it has begun! Today was kick it off day with a great Martial Arts workout, really tough, really fun, really wipped me out!! Keep track of my progress
