Keeping the Faith!!
WoooHooo, great couple of weeks, kickin butt in the Gym, crashing it at home, eating great (other than the occasional friday night beer with all the friends) Going to try to cut down a little, would like to pull in a ripped 200lbs by April. Here is the workouts for the next 2 weeks: Sundays: Martial Arts and Running, split workouts; Mondays: Abs only; Tuesday: Chest and Back (heavy and hard); Wednesday: Plyometrics and Aerobics, Split workouts; Thursday: Arms and Shoulders, Abs (split workouts); Friday: Yoga and Running, Split workouts; Saturdays: Legs and Back (slow and heavy) This workout kicks into effect beginning February 14th and will continue through March 6th, then, time to change it up a bit!! Going to be great, stay tunned for more updates beginning at the onset of this set.
