All I can say is This is one tough workout!

So, stuck at 205 pounds still, but, haven't been dieting at all, so, not disappointed very much. I have been doing this one workout once per week and it is HARD!! Its an interval workout, 30 moves, each 1 minute long, each pretty easy, but here is how it goes: Running in place; 20 seconds nice and easy, 20 seconds medium speed and 20 seconds as hard as you can. Each exercise is done this way and among others, they include: Jump squats, Mary Catherine's, Squat jumping jacks, squat thrusts with a push ups and much more.
