A happy Fathers Day indeed
A great week of workouts, have a whole new schedule, upper body on Monday and Friday, Intervals on Tuesday, Total body and Martial Arts on Wednesday, Yoga thursdays, Martial arts on saturdays and throughout the week various aerobics and even some Sunday morning Skateboarding. Rolled in at 212 pounds, down a couple again, maybe this week I will break through another "10" spot and be in the 0's!! Ribs are almost healed, maybe another week or so, so I am starting to feel good again. Looking forward to the next week of workouts and can't wait to really push it. Will be checking in soon, happy training!
