Throw in a spin
I like to ride my bicycle, I like to ride my bike.........but, being ready for an epic ride is lots of work and requires lots of time. My solution is-Take a Spinning Class! An hour long spinning class is not only a great way to get a super aerobic workout, it also keeps you ready for those big rides. If you haven't done one before, there are plenty of beginners classes, but once you hit the tough class, with a good instructor, be ready for a world class workout. Too much fun!!

(This is Nate's wife Kimberli btw) That spining class sounds like a lot of fun!! I am an exercising fool as of late. I have done lots of things in the past to get in shape but never have a had such incredibly fast results in anything until I tried Taebo. It is Tae Kwon Do and Kick Boxing and it KICKS YOUR HINEY!! I love it! You burn fat( 1 hour burns 800-1000 cals) Plus you get toned very quick. I have the Taebo "amped" kit. It comes with a 3 lb weight that you use to do various lifts, kicks, and punching. Give it a try if you need a change in your work out routine. Know I want to get into a martial arts class because these workouts make me feel like a ninja master...LOL =)
