2009 Fitness Blog

OK, here it is, my 2009 New Years Resolution for all to see and track. My Goals are simple: 1. Loose 45 big pounds, my target weight is 200 pounds. 2. Participate in a Triathlon by the end of the summer and 3. Position myself to achieve the Rank of Master in Kung Fu.
